This video inspires me. Not only is she gorgeous and impressively advanced, but she demonstrates the three reasons I practice yoga:
1. Build strength – in my body, mind and spirit
2. Encourage flexibility – not just physically, but emotionally and intellectually
3. Be fearless – it takes courage to learn some of the more challenging postures. It also takes courage to overcome the many failures of attempting challenging poses.
